Rebuild Your Gut After Worm Out

Rebuild your Gut after worm out!
Worm Out is a potent parasite cleanse!  After following the protocol, your gut will need some help finding a new normal.  Parasites affect our digestion and the way our entire systems work.  The herbs are potent and powerful, your gut health will need addressing after finishing up.

Make sure to continue to eat whole, nourishing foods after finishing Worm Out.  The organs and body systems need good nourishment to be reminded how to function without parasites!  It’s a good idea to keep sugars away/ low so as to not completely throw off the gut bacteria.  Add in a high-quality probiotic as well, TriLight sells Gr8-DOPHILUS probiotic in the Worm Out kit and individually.  Herbs that cleanse the blood are also good to include after finishing Worm Out.  You may also choose to add in some naturally fermented foods such as sour kraut, kefir, yogurt, and kimchi.

You may notice some change in your digestion after completing Worm Out.   People also observe that cravings for sweets, junk food, and fried foods are often eliminated once the protocol is complete.  It’s a good idea to continue to limit these foods in moderation as they do feed parasites and bad gut bacteria.  You will likely still have some parasites, bugs and bad bacteria after the protocol.  The key here is keeping them in check so they don’t cause problems.  Our bodies were designed to be able to handle some.

When you wrap up with Worm Out, remember that you just finished removing living organisms from your body.  These organisms were eating what you ate, invading your blood and other systems in your body.  Treat yourself with kindness and rebuild a healthy, strong gut!

I’m a blogger, not a doctor, and I don’t want this to be viewed as medical advice.  I’m simply sharing my experiences and observations with you.  If you believe you have a parasite please visit with a trusted practitioner.
