Renewed Wellness After A Parasite Cleanse

Renewed wellness after a parasite cleanse
After completing the full Worm Out protocol, I am definitely going to make this a regular part of my life.  In the couple weeks following, we both continued to have larger bowel movements and I actually passed three more parasites!!

I have been dealing with adrenal and digestive issues for quite some time now.  My practitioner took me off my adrenal support and off two of my digestion support supplements.  I have increased energy and gained weight for the first time in a long time. In the last couple months, I have had some of my symptoms return such as minor headaches, joint pain and foggy thinking in the morning.  Most likely this is more connected to other aspects of my life and diet.  They’re nowhere near as intense as they had been before and I’m grateful.

I’ve also noticed that my menstrual cycles are shorter and I have less cramping than I typically had.  Parasites have been researched in PMS and menstrual irregularity as well!

My husband said it was like I found a whole new world of health.  After dealing with health issues for many years, Worm Out clearly helped a lot.

We will do monthly “maintenance” doses and a yearly Worm Out cleanse from now on.  Our family regularly hangs out on farms and other places parasites thrive so we’ll make sure to monitor our symptoms and begin the protocol whenever we need to.

Don’t forget to tell us why you need a parasite cleanse for the chance to win a Worm Out Kit! Check out more in this post.

Next week I’ll share a bit about rebuilding your gut health following this protocol, followed by a brief note about Candida and we’ll wrap up the series.  Feel free to reach out with any questions or comments!

I’m a blogger, not a doctor, and I don’t want this to be viewed as medical advice.  I’m simply sharing my experiences and observations with you.  If you believe you have a parasite please visit with a trusted practitioner.
