Worm Out Cleanse- Keep trucking no matter what!

When you’re undergoing a parasite cleanse, you’re basically dealing with living organisms that had been surviving in your body for an unknown amount of time dying.  We often hear from people who start Worm Out and then quit because they start feeling lousy.  Any detox/ cleanse you do is going to include a period of time during which you feel awful.  Many people who do parasite cleanses report feeling like they have the flu.

Keep going if you start feeling bad!!

You may feel awful for a couple days. Like you've been "hit by a truck" or have the flu. Keep going!!

Getting over this is one of the most important portions of the protocol!  I was feeling amazing until the die-off began to get intense.  My son’t didn’t experience much of this but I also don’t think he had as many parasites as I did.  I felt really lousy for about two days.  I was dizzy, sore, had MORE muscle and joint pain than I have had for a while and got super irritable and emotional.  This started on day 6 and I seriously considered quitting.  However, I knew that it meant the little buggers were dying.

After I got through the “lousy” phase I started feeling really great.  My joint pain and headaches went away again, and my nausea was gone (for the first time that I can remember in many years I wasn’t nauseous 24/7) We both passed a few smaller worms in our stool before our 1st 10 days were up so we knew things were working properly. The only other struggle was that lots of the herbs in Worm Out are diuretic so we were both urinating more frequently and my son had a couple accidents.

My son continued to sleep awesome and was actually sleeping about an hour longer than normal too!  His chronic cough did NOT return, the nighttime teeth grinding stopped, he stopped picking his nose and the itchy bottom was a thing of the past.

On day 10 we were heading out on vacation so we were grateful that our 10-day herbal break was coming up.  We added back in garlic and had an interesting 10 days off, come back next week to find out more!
