So often families want to begin using herbal remedies but they’re not quite sure how or when to utilize them.  In our “Herb of the Day” blog posts, we highlight traditional uses for various herbs (and essential oils).  These are applications which herbalists, aromatherapists, and other practitioners have utilized over time.  We also offer a large education section on our including a couple awesome herbal books by Shonda Parker.   These resources can help you determine what products would be best for your family’s needs.
